Refunds
Refunds of tuition will be made to registrants that cannot attend course due to unforeseen circumstances beyond their control. Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the start of the course will receive a refund of tuition paid less a $50 processing fee. Cancellations made within 4 days of the start of any scheduled course will receive a credit toward a future Advanced Imaging Review course. No refunds will be made after the start of any scheduled course and or clinical rotation. If for any reason a student is asked to be removed from a clinical site/setting, clinical fees paid will not be refunded. Advanced Imaging Review reserves the right to cancel any scheduled course due to low advance registration or other reasons. Advanced Imaging Reviews liability is limited to a refund of any course tuition paid.
